Conducting a throughout review of visa application and documents to make sure it meets requirements, identify any inconsistencies, and request more supporting documentation to clients before submission.

Serving as a liaison between clients, migration agents and other stakeholders, providing updates on visa applications, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.

Handling the administrative aspects of visa application processing, including tasks like data entry, management and updates of Migration Manager System, document verification, application preparation and lodgement.

Managing client databases, maintaining client records, and ensuring efficient communication and coordination with clients throughout the visa application process.

Implementing systems and processes to track the progress of visa applications, generate reports, and provide timely updates to Migration Agencies and their clients. Providing general administrative support, such as scheduling RFI deadlines, keeping calendar updates, and providing weekly reports for deadlines.
